Locate Reset Button
Find the small circular button on the back of your frame.
Long Press for 5 Seconds
Press and hold the button firmly until the screen flashes. You must hold for at least 5 seconds to trigger the reset.
Release & Wait
Release the button. Your device will automatically restart and begin the factory reset process.
